Crockpot: A Busy Women’s Best Friend.

I saw this recipe on YouTube yesterday, Honey Garlic Chicken. It did not appear to  high in calories or fat. It does call for honey and soy sauce. So I used raw honey harvested here in Missouri and liquid aminos for the soy sauce.

If you have not heard of liquid aminos, look it up. It is a soy sauce alternative with less sodium, no preservatives, and gluten free. The regular soy sauce has about 2,300 mg of sodium per tablespoon. Liquid aminos has 160 mg of sodium per half teaspoon. The great part about liquid aminos is it taste just like soy sauce.

Once you try liquid aminos, you will not go back. Trust me!

This is a one pot meal that cooks while attending to your daily responsibilities.

I can say “I Love My Crockpot”
